The Jeep® Grand Cherokee and Jeep Wrangler, winners in the last two years of the award for “Best 4×4 of the Year” by Four Wheeler magazine will be available in two new models that offer even greater off-road capability with 2013 Grand Cherokee versions Trailhawk and Wrangler Moab, both off-road equipment never before offered on a Jeep vehicle production.

The Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 2013 will be available with a V-6 or V-8 engine and include the following equipment to increase capacity
• terrain tires Goodyear Silent Armor 18-inch reinforced Kevlar; • Protection body through rails solid steel for rock protection; • air suspension Quadra-Lift, with nearly 11 inches of ground clearance; • Control System traction Selec-Terrain with five configurations: Snow, Rocks, Sand / Mud, Sport and Auto; • a rear limited slip differential (ELSD, V-8 engine) which can transfer up to 100% of engine torque to one of the rear so that the vehicle can move forward even in the most extreme situations wheels; • Quadra-Track II or Quadra-Drive II System (V-8) with a box of two-speed transfer to conquer the rough terrain
The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk is easily recognized by its new logo in red Trailhawk and emblem Trail Rated, as well as its tow hooks, headlights black border and frame grill in an exclusive gray, side mirrors, lightbar back badge 4×4 and aluminum wheels 18-inch five-spoke.
A black sticker with red stripe on the hood reduces glare from the sun to help the driver in extreme off-road situations.
Trailhawk interior details include seats in black leather and suede high performance with contrasting red stitching and Mopar floor mats snow in the front and rear of the vehicle.
The Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 2013 will be available in Bright White, Brilliant Black, Mineral Gray, Maximum Steel and Dark Cherry Red.
Special Edition Jeep Wrangler Moab
Among the modifications SUV made to the model Wrangler Sahara to create the Moab edition wheels Rubicon alloy 17-inch painted glossy black and off-road tires Goodyear Silent Armor 245 / 75R17 reinforced Kevlar, a rear differential anti auger Trac-Lok standard are included with rear differential lock electronic technology available, steel bumper rails Winch Ready and protection against rocks.
When it comes equipped with manual transmission and rear axle ratio of 3.73, the Wrangler Moab has a crawl ratio of 45: 1.
Other exclusive exterior features include Mopar Wrangler Moab domed hood, fuel tank cap and protective taillights in black.
New features of the Wrangler for 2013 as a soft top roof, the wheel arches in black, the Jeep logo and matte black grille stickers “Moab” on the hood are also included. As an option, it also comes with a three-piece hardtop and body color.
Among interior changes seats are included in high quality leather black or brown “saddle” with contrasting stitching in black, handle grip on the instrument panel with stamped “Moab”, rugs Mopar snow and details in Grey Fierro in the vents, handles and steering wheel spokes.
The Jeep Wrangler Moab will be available as a two-door Wrangler or Wrangler Unlimited model four-door and comes in orange, yellow excavator, Red Lobster, Green salamander, Black and Bright White.
